PHOTO WITH MY FRIENDS

The following photo was taken at the beginning of the year 2014, a day Friday, when my colleague, Christopher, we were celebrating at the University, after having had many tests during the week. The photo was taken by my friend Conztanza, who on that day had bought a new camera.

The photo shows my partner and my taking a bottle of beer, which we had stolen from supermarket, since this cost a lot of money and we didn't have enough money to buy it.  What we did is wrong, but it was because the moment demanded it. We have never returned to do something like that.

I chose this photo, because for my represents a nice and  relaxing time  where you can share with your classmates the different experiences which they have lived during their stay at the University, and what better way to do so, taking a bottle of beer, especially if it is a "ESCUDO".

Well, i hope that you have read  my story in relation to the photo, and remember , if you want to have fun with your friends , you must never steal, because it is bad. My little advice. Regards¡

HOW SPORTS CAN IMPROVE CHILEAN LIFE STANDARDS

Sport improves mental function, autonomy, memory, speed, "body image" and sense of well-being, there is stability in personality characterized by optimism, euphoria and mental flexibility.

But unfortunately, there are people who lack money or opportunities to practice any type of sport. For example, the majority of children in Chile long with being a footballer on their future, however, lack the equipment to practice.

Sport can and should be, a powerful tool to help reduce poverty and social exclusion in the world. Its globalization pulse, its global economic power, its ability to drag and seduction of masses, their status as practice based on equality of opportunities and their capacity for integration and social cohesion, placed sport as a fundamental pillar in the fight against poverty.

On the other hand, there are sports that for making them, you need high-cost supplies, like artistic gymnastics or tennis, but here it is when it comes to actions solidarity from the Government or from an anonymous donor to help with their grain of sand, for the sports process.

And finally, the benefits of sport is that it lowers the rate of obesity and sedentary lifestyle at the country level, on the other hand it accomplished people to release tensions and walk with "less weight on the shoulders", since this also acts as a distraction for people who work under pressure.

My favorite piece of technology

My favorite piece of technology is my cellphone, an iphone 4, which is nowadays one of the modernest cellphones. My cousin gave it to me last year, in July, for my birthday. Since then I have never thought of change it. It is very expensive inside the market and there are few unites accessible to buy. I am very lucky to have it. It has a lot of applications, which make it very dynamic and practical for any situation or need that shows up. I always carry it on my backpack in case that someone calls me, but in general I use it to navigate on the internet, talk trough whatsapp and facebook and specially to look information about assessments that I have to accomplish for the university. The best is his screen, because it is big and the quality of the image is very high. I know it sounds very selfish, but I do not like to lend it out to people, because I consider that is so expensive and I will not feel calm knowing it is on other hands. I love it! It is the best invention that could ever exist.

Well, I hope you like my entry. We will keep seeing us always on the same channel. Blessing¡

EXPECTATIONS

This academic year, especially in the first semester, I'll begin to study subjects that are kind a difficult for me, like microeconomics and applied statistics. The former being a subject I quite like, and I think will be of much use in my professional formation, but the last, (but not least), has been a burden for me since I was in school, and now that I have it as a subject, I feel that it'll be a great challenge to me as a student.

I will have to put some effort in it to come out victorious

This year I have extracurricular courses like French and chess with my classmates, and on the other hand, I intend to continue with my basketball classes in Medical School. It's very fun and besides, it will help towards maintaining my fitness. In case I forgot, I'm working on a musical project with my classmate Patricio Molina, we'll record a song to put it on "Radio Inapina".

Lastly, in relation to my expectations of the current year, I would like to pass all my courses, and, where possible, learn as much as I can to be able to become a great professional. I also hope to keep working on my music with Patricio, so that someday, we'll be able to share it with the rest of my university classmates in an event. That's all for today.
